GETTING TO ITALY

Yes, you're welcome, we made some special deals with wizzair to get the direct flight between tallinn and rome back running for our wedding.

FROM THE AIRPORT TO GROTTAMMARE/ SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO
From Pescara or Ancona:
– Approximately 1 hour by car
– Train connections available

From Rome:
– Direct bus FROM AIRPORT to San Benedetto del Tronto
– From there, we will assist you in reaching the hotel
Public transport in the area is limited, and taxis are not always easy to find
If you would like to explore the region and turn this into a small Italian holiday, we recommend renting a car
The Marche region offers stunning coastal roads, medieval towns, mountains, vineyards, and unforgettable restaurants

ACCOMmODATION
WHERE TO STAY?
AFTER LONG SEARCH WE MANAGED TO FIND A HOTEL TO COLLABORATE WITH – Jerry Hotel in Grottammare.

It has an excellent location, situated by the sea and will be the official departure and return point for the wedding bus

it makes logistics easier and allows us to stay together as a group
​
Staying there is not mandatory, you are free to choose any accommodation
​​​​

To receive the group rate, please send us:
– Number of nights with the Arrival and departure dates
– Room type (number of people per room)
– With who you share the room
– your email address so the hotel could contact you with further details

We will coordinate directly with the hotel, and the pricing details will be shared with you. The final rate will depend on your dates of stay, the number of nights, and the number of guests per room. As August is considered high season, rates are typically higher than in September. However, the hotel manager has kindly indicated that there is a possibility that September rates may be extended to our group.​
WEDDING DAY TRANSPORT
For guests staying at Jerry Hotel, a bus will be provided:
Hotel → Ceremony
Ceremony → Reception
Reception → Hotel (late night return)
