The most convenient international airport is Rome (FCO)

Closer airports (about 1 hour from Grottammare):

– Ancona (AOI)

There are direct flights:
– From Estonia to Rome
– From London to Pescara and Ancona

HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO GROTTAMMARE?

FROM PESCARA or ANCONA:

– About 1 hour by car
– Train available

From Rome:
– Direct bus to San Benedetto del Tronto
– From there, we will help you reach the hotel

Public transport in the area is limited, so renting a car is recommended if you’d like to explore.

ACCOMmODATION

Do we have to stay at Jerry Hotel?

No, staying there is not mandatory

However, it will be the official departure and return point for the wedding bus and staying together makes logistics easier

How do we book the group rate?

Please send us:

– Arrival and departure dates
– Number of nights
– Room type (number of guests per room)

We will coordinate directly with the hotel, and the pricing details will be shared with you. The final rate will depend on your dates of stay, the number of nights, and the number of guests per room. As August is considered high season, rates are typically higher than in September. However, the hotel manager has kindly indicated that there is a possibility that September rates may be extended to our group.

WEDDING DAY

What is the dress code?

Elegant

The ceremony is religious, so we kindly ask for appropriate attire in the church

Ladies: heels are welcome — but consider bringing a second pair of shoes for dancing

Gentlemen: light suits are recommended, as August in Italy can be warm (around 25–30°C)

Evenings may become slightly cooler, so a light jacket or shawl is advisable

Will everything be translated?

The ceremony will be religious and different languages will be used

During the reception, the animator will speak mainly English so everyone can follow the key moments

Not every word will be translated into all languages, but the most important parts will be inclusive and understandable

Are children welcome?

Yes

Will there be vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free options?

Yes

Please indicate any dietary requirements in your RSVP

Is there open bar?

Yes

We are planning a long evening — so pace yourselves wisely

What time does the party end?

We hope there will be dancing until late

The exact timing will depend on the energy on the dance floor

TRANSPORT

Will there be wedding day transport?

Yes

For guests staying at Jerry Hotel, a bus will be provided:
